The pharmacy reviews expected weather temperatures at the point of dispatch and the delivery address upon arrival of the medication. The pharmacy reserves the right to delay the dispatch of an order if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the temperature in either location is likely to result in the medication not being stored in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

If opting for postage of medications that require refrigeration, please note that to ensure the medications remains within manufacturer's instructions, we dispatch orders interstate on the following days only:

Melbourne Metro - Monday to Thursday only

Sydney Metro / Brisbane Metro - Monday and Tuesday only

All other - Monday only

We strongly recommend that orders for Ozempic, Mounjaro and Wegovy are for one supply of medication only.

No refunds or replacements whatsoever will be provided in respect of orders for multiple Ozempic, Mounjaro and Wegovy medications. Delivery is entirely at the patient's own risk.
